Returns & Refund Policy

At Loopprods, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please read our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions

Please note that due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return or refund. These include:

Used or damaged items.
Items missing their original packaging.
Customized or personalized items.
Products that have been used for an extended period of time.

Customized Sex Dolls

For customized sex dolls, you have a 12-hour window after placing your order to cancel it free of charge. If you request a refund after this 12-hour period, we can only refund 70% of the order amount, as the doll would have entered the production phase.

Once a customized adult doll has been produced and shipped, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to the unique nature of the product.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at service@loopprods.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
